Who is Mikely foods?
Mikely Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 in Taichung, Taiwan, and is now in its 25th year. We manufacture frozen concentrated soy milk, black soy milk, rice milk and barley drink, plus handmade scallion pancakes and flaky pies, in our own factory.
What is frozen concentrated raw soy milk?
It is soy milk made from ground soybeans, concentrated and frozen before cooking. You add the frozen block to boiling water and cook it, which gives the fresh taste of house-made soy milk without soaking or grinding beans.
How do I prepare it?
Bring 3500–4000 cc of water to a rolling boil, add the 1500g block straight from the freezer, stir, and keep at a full boil for 5–10 minutes. It must be fully boiled before drinking.
What is the shelf life?
1 year when stored frozen at -18°C. The expiry date is printed on the seal.
Are your soybeans non-GMO?
The Pure Happiness series uses non-GMO designated soybean varieties from Canada and the USA, tested by SGS.

Yes. We hold ISO 22000 and HACCP certification, and can provide SGS and Intertek test reports on request.
