From bean selection to delivery: non-GMO designated soybean varieties from Canada and the US, incoming inspection, automated grinding, high-temperature sterilization and flash freezing. Every pack carries its expiry date on the seal.
Our pancakes and pies use SQF-certified flour, are hand-rolled and contain no artificial colors. No preservatives in any product, with regular third-party testing.
